Delivery 

When you order from Kvitkafa, you can trust us to deliver high-quality flowers directly to your door.

We offer delivery every day from 2 pm to 8 pm in Katy, Houston, and suburbs, within our 33-mile delivery zone. Please note that we can't guarantee a specific delivery time, but rest assured that our delivery professionals will transport your flowers as quickly and safely as possible. If you have any questions about our delivery process or your need your flowers to be delivered by specific time, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Late Delivery Policy:

If your order is delivered after 8 PM, we will refund the delivery cost.

During high-demand periods, such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, a delivery refund will only be issued if the delivery is more than 1 hour later than the scheduled time. This policy accounts for the high volume of orders and potential delays during peak seasons.

Refunds for late deliveries do not apply in cases of extreme weather, road closures, or if the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery.

Non-Delivery: If we are unable to deliver due to incorrect address information or the recipient not being available, re-delivery fees may apply.
